EQUIPMENT: the accommodations are not equipped with bed linen, towels, coffee maker, grater and vegetable mill.
RESERVATIONS: reservations are considered valid and therefore confirmed if accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the entire stay. The remainder must be paid within 10 days before arrival.
BALANCE: must be paid at check-in. We accept payments by cash, credit card, debit card.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: to be paid on arrival € 100.00 in cash. The deposit will be returned on departure after a specific check by the management. Any departures after hours could result in the non-return of the deposit, which will be sent home only after checking the accommodation.
WAIVERS: if the cancellation is communicated, via registered mail, up to 30 days before the arrival date, you are entitled to 50% of the refund of the deposit. After this deadline no reimbursement will be recognized.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: the accommodations are delivered at 4.30 pm by telephone appointment and must be left by 9.00 am on the day of departure. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise a penalty of € 15 will be charged. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to request and supplement, however not before 11:30 am, subject to availability and booking.
COMPLAINTS: the customer will have the right to complain within 72 hours after taking possession of the accommodation. After this deadline, the management will not respond to any type of request for any refunds except DL 22/07/99 n. 185.
SERVICES: The entertainment will be active from 18/06 to 11/09. In period A and B the services will be active only according to the needs of the village.
1) When booking, you must specify if there are special needs.
2) The identification documents will be returned at the end of the stay.
3) From 00:30 AM to 07:00 AM and from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM there are hours of silence with closing of the entrance bar.
4) After 00:00 AM the cars will be left outside the gate and it will not be possible to access your accommodation with the car in tow.
5) Visitors can access the village by depositing their document at the Reception for only 1 hour, after which the cost of the entire stay will be charged.
6) At the solarium of the swimming pool access to the sun loungers is allowed only to guests of the apartments in the village. Campers can only use the swimming pool not the sun loungers.
7) Guests staying in this structure implicitly accept everything contained in this regulation and the rates displayed. Who does not respect the regulation will be removed after compensation for the damage caused and is required to pay the entire booked stay.
8) Refunds for early departure are not allowed.
9) In case of delay in arrival, the customer is required to notify the Village, otherwise the Management has the right to rent to others without any obligation to reimburse or compensate.
10) The Management, by accepting a reservation, undertakes to make available to the customer an accommodation of the same type as the one booked. Under no circumstances undertakes to deliver a house with a specific number.
11) The use of sports and recreational equipment is at the exclusive risk and peril of our kind guests. Minors must be accompanied by adults who take responsibility for them.
12) Parents are required to supervise their children throughout the facility.
13) Prohibition to bring dogs or other undeclared animals.
14) Cars must be parked according to the dictates of the Management.
15) The Management is not responsible in any case for any shortages, thefts or damages of any kind. Deposits possible at reception per unit up to € 1500.00.
